About

The Alliance Story

The Endurance Alliance was born from a shared vision: to unite coaches, athletes, and performance professionals under a single, supportive network. Instead of operating in isolation, members benefit from a vibrant community where ideas, strategies, and resources flow freely. Our story isn’t just about two founders — it’s about every coach who dreams bigger, every athlete who aims higher, and every professional who believes collaboration makes us all stronger.

Across the endurance world, talented coaches face familiar challenges — building sustainable systems, attracting and retaining clients, and balancing business demands with a passion for coaching. The Endurance Alliance changes that with proven methodologies, shared business resources, and an encouraging peer network, so members can focus on inspiring and developing athletes.

Our Vision

We see a future where endurance coaching is no longer a solo pursuit. Through collective knowledge, shared infrastructure, and a supportive network, our members can grow their practices, enhance their impact, and contribute to something greater than themselves. Whether you’re an experienced coach or just starting out, the Alliance is a place where you can belong, thrive, and make a difference.

Your Invitation

This is your opportunity to join a movement that’s reshaping endurance coaching. When you become part of the Endurance Alliance, you’re not just gaining tools and strategies — you’re gaining a team. Together, we can create an environment where athletes and coaches alike achieve more than they ever thought possible.

Our Founders

The Alliance was co-founded by Tim Snow and Angela Naeth, leaders who share a deep belief in collaboration.

After years of working together, they saw how complementary strengths could achieve more together than separately — Tim’s systematic, results-driven coaching methodology and business expertise with Angela’s elite racing insight, entrepreneurial vision, and creative leadership. That synergy led to the creation of ECHO — the Endurance Coaching System — and the Echo Development Team. These experiences laid the foundation for the Endurance Alliance, extending the same spirit of trust and support to coaches everywhere.
